The price of any cryptocurrency can move dramatically — both up and down — over short timeframes. A DCA position you create may sell at prices significantly below where you set it up. You may lose a meaningful percentage of your initial capital.
Each DCA fill is routed through Jupiter at the best available price across DEXs. Liquidity may be insufficient, and the price you receive may be worse than the displayed price ("slippage"). You can set a minimum-out-per-cycle threshold to skip fills that would price below it; if your threshold is too tight, the DCA may stall.
OmniSell Bot uses Jupiter's DCA on-chain program. While Jupiter is one of the most-used protocols on Solana, all smart contracts carry residual bug risk. A bug or exploit in Jupiter, Solana, or any token's contract could result in loss of funds.
Your funds are held in your own wallet for the duration of the DCA. The security of those funds depends entirely on the security of your wallet (private key, seed phrase, browser extension). If your wallet is compromised, your funds may be lost. SkyYield cannot recover lost or stolen funds.
Solana blockchain outages, congestion, or RPC issues may delay or prevent fills. Jupiter's keepers retry failed fills, but extended downtime may affect the schedule you configured.
Tokens you DCA may be illiquid, volatile, or thinly traded. Some tokens have built-in fees, transfer restrictions, or upgradeable contracts that could affect your position. SkyYield does not vet tokens — selection is your responsibility.
Each DCA fill is a taxable event in most jurisdictions. You are responsible for tracking cost basis and reporting gains/losses to your tax authority. The CSV export feature is provided as a convenience; verify all data with your accountant.
Cryptocurrency regulation is evolving. New laws or rulings in your jurisdiction may affect your ability to use the Service or hold the tokens you accumulate.
OmniSell Bot is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uptime, fill success, or any return on investment.
