These terms govern your use of OmniSell Bot (the "Service"), operated by SkyYield (the "Operator", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
OmniSell Bot is a non-custodial dashboard that lets you create and manage on-chain Dollar-Cost Average (DCA) positions through Jupiter's DCA program on Solana. We do not take custody of your funds. All trades are executed by Jupiter's keeper network on the Solana blockchain. We collect a platform fee in basis points on each DCA creation, and an optional subscription fee for the Pro tier.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions on the OFAC sanctions list. Use of the Service from a sanctioned jurisdiction is a material breach of these terms.
Your wallet's private keys never leave your device. We never have access to, transfer, or sign on behalf of your funds. All on-chain transactions require your explicit signature in your browser wallet.
OmniSell Bot is a tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Decisions you make using the Service are your own. Past performance of any token is not indicative of future results.
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. See our Risk Disclosure for details. By using the Service you acknowledge you have read and understood those risks.
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Once a DCA is created on Jupiter, it continues to execute regardless of whether our dashboard is available — Jupiter's keepers run independently of us.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused time.
You may not: use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, manipulate markets, or for any illegal purpose; attempt to compromise the Service's security; use the Service in a way that disrupts other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkyYield is not liable for any losses you suffer through use of the Service, including (without limitation) losses from token price movements, slippage, smart-contract bugs in Jupiter or Solana, RPC outages, wallet compromises, or your own actions. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the prior 90 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold SkyYield harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in United States, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the in-app banner. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
